Getting there from College Green: Hop on the MRT at the Botanic Gardens Station (Circle Line CC19) towards HarbourFront.  Alight and change at Buona Vista Station (Circle Line CC22) to the East-West Line towards Joo Koon. Alight at Jurong East Station (EW24). Walk to the JCube Mall. Catch the free shuttle service to IMM from the JCube.

 

Remarks: Touted as “Singapore’s Largest Outlet Mall”, IMM is located in the far west of Singapore and features outlets of big apparel and sporting goods shops (Esprit, Timberland, Royal Sporting House etc) with discounts off retail prices. It can be a bit difficult to reach, but it can also be a component of a day tour which can include the Chinese Garden and Japanese Garden (see “Cultural Tours”) and Jurong Point Mall.
